I ordered this from Elite Gourmet and overall it does work, so I can’t really say it’s bad. The weird part is, sometimes the temperature holds steady, and other times it creeps higher than what I actually set it to. It’s not a huge disaster or anything, but I do find myself keeping an eye on it more than I expected. For the price, I was hoping the temp control would be a bit more accurate.
